Missouri State Takes LSA-II Title
DALLAS – With a thorough performance on both ends of the field, Missouri State won its fourth-straight Lone Star Alliance (LSA) Division II title by beating Baylor, 13-5, on Sunday on the campus of Southern Methodist.
With the victory, Missouri State (10-2) earns an automatic qualifying berth to the 2023 MCLA National Championships presented by New Balance, which will take place from May 8-13 at the Round Rock (Texas) Multipurpose Complex. Tickets and live streaming for nationals can be purchased HERE.
The Bears raced out to a 6-1 lead to start the game were never threatened by Baylor (11-5).
Missouri State will find out its matchup at nationals this evening while Baylor will find out its at-large fate. The brackets will be released on MCLA.us.
