Michigan State Launches 2022 Sked
EAST LANSING, Mich. -- The Michigan State men's lacrosse program is excited to announce its 2022 schedule.
The Spartans will face a road-heavy slate this spring as 11 of the team's 12 contest will take place away from the Michigan State campus.
The season begins with spring break games against Georgia Tech, Florida and Alabama. The following weekend, the Spartans will head to Pittsburgh to faceoff against Pitt and East Carolina.
The Spartans begin their 2022 UMLC title race on March 26 at Central Michigan. The weekend of April 2, MSU will tour the Hoosier state with a pair of UMLC games versus traditional Big Ten rivals Indiana and Purdue.
On the weekend of April 9, Sparty will travel to Minneapolis to face UMLC opponent Minnesota along with RMLC power Colorado State.
The Spartans round out their 2022 UMLC season the week of April 12th with games at Western Michigan.
Senior day and the Spartan's lone home game will be April 15th when Miami (OH) travels to East Lansing.
