College of Idaho Favorites in PNCLL-II
SEATTLE – After a spirited run to the semifinals of the 2019 MCLA National Championships presented by New Balance, the College of Idaho is an overwhelming favorite to win the Pacific Northwest Collegiate Lacrosse League title in 2021, according to the preseason coaches poll.
The Yotes, who were 2-0 and ranked No. 7 in the country at the conclusion of the 2020 season, took home six of the seven first-place votes to sit comfortably atop the charts.
Montana sits in second place in the PNCLL poll. The Grizzlies, who faced College of Idaho in the 2019 PNCLL finals and advanced to the 2019 MCLA National Championships presented by New Balance, grabbed the final first-place vote.
Western Oregon and Central Washington filled out the top four of this nine-team league.
