UW, Oregon Lead PNCLL-I Poll

SEATTLE – After meeting in the Pacific Northwest Collegiate Lacrosse League (PNCLL) Division I championship game last spring, Washington and Oregon are tied atop the conference’s preseason coaches poll.
Both Oregon (8-5) and Washington (8-4) received 41 points, although the Huskies received three first-place votes while the Oregon amassed two. The two teams split last year with Washington winning the regular season matchup, 12-11 in Eugene while Oregon won the title tilt, 9-5, in Missoula, Mont.
The Ducks have won the last three PNCLL titles.
Lurking just behind the two top vote-getters is Boise State (8-6). The Broncos racked up 39 points and a pair of first place votes to lock them into the third spot.
Simon Fraser (3-6) rounded out the top four.
