Awards Announced for PNCLL-II
SEATTLE – Fresh off its league championship, the College of Idaho dominated the postseason awards in Division II of the Pacific Northwest Collegiate Lacrosse League (PNCLL), which were announced recently.
Yotes sophomore midfielder Hank Ontiveros was named the PNCLL Most Valuable Player while freshman attackman Casey Davis was the Offensive Player of the Year. Ryan Henning, another freshman attackman, was the Rookie of the Year.
College of Idaho head man Matt Gier, who has guided the Yotes to a perfect 12-0 mark so far, was selected the Coach of the Year.
Montana senior goalie Drew Moesel was named Defensive Player of the Year.
