SAN FRANCISCO – Cal Poly and Cal put together a pair of outstanding seasons in 2017, and now the Mustangs and Bears are in a dead heat as co-favorites in Division I of the Western Collegiate Lacrosse League (WCLL).
Both Cal Poly (16-3) and Cal (16-3) advanced to the MCLA National Championships powered by Under Armour, and each was awarded 60 points in the coaches preseason poll.
