Pac-12 Shootout Enters Ninth Year
LOS ANGELES – The ninth annual Pac-12 Lacrosse Shootout, featuring MCLA programs from nearly all the traditional Pac-12 schools, will be held on Feb. 13-14 on the campus of UCLA.
This is the sixth consecutive season that the Bruins have hosted the two-day event, which will be played on the UCLA intramural fields in Westwood.
Ten of the 12 conference institutions – Arizona, Arizona State, Cal-Berkeley, Oregon State, Stanford, UCLA, USC, Utah, Washington and Washington State – will be represented, with only Colorado and Oregon unable to attend.
"UCLA is proud to host the Pac-12 Shootout again on our campus," said UCLA head coach JB Bagley. "We have some great match ups between Pac-12 teams which should make for a great weekend of MCLA lacrosse."
Of the ten teams in this year’s field, six participated in the 2015 MCLA National Tournament powered by Under Armour, while six appeared in the weekly Top 25 at some point last spring.
